the staff seem to lack basic hospitality skills, certainly not what I expected. the breakfast was just average, definitely not worthy of rave reviews. i had to deal with all the outside noise, and when I asked for a room change, I was treated like a nuisance. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

The air conditioning was temperamental, shutting off unexpectedly at night, which made for a warm few evenings. Additionally, the rooftop bar's service felt a bit chaotic with staff rushing to take care of payment before finishing orders.

The air conditioning kept shutting off at night!!! So confusing trying to book drivers when staff hardly speak English!!! Water in the mini bar for high prices without snacks is pretty lame!!!

The room was comfy with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, coffee machine, and a private bathroom. I loved the hot tub and sauna facilities. The outdoor pool was great for relaxing, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. Great location near markets too!

the checkout process was a bit awkward. but the staff were friendly and the buffet breakfast had a great variety. the shower was fantastic and the location was perfect for exploring the city.

Had a great time with friends! The central location made it easy to visit Ben Thanh Market and the War Museum. The breakfast was varied and tasty, and I loved chilling by the rooftop pool after exploring the city. Staff were helpful with recommendations, which added to our fun adventures.

It was just an optimal selection for a weekend rest in Ho Chi Minh City with incredible value for money. The rooftop bar had decent cocktails, but for the best meals, consider eating out at nearby spots. Check out the convenience store across the street for any snacks you might need.
